Right at the beginning, we gained an overview of the many problems faced by users through research and various user interviews.

Medox is based on a tablet box consisting of a small screen and dispensers in which the tablets are sorted and set up via a smartphone app. The individual medication plan (name, active ingredient, dosage, reason for taking, other instructions for taking) is entered there. Each medication is assigned to a dispenser and colour-coded. This means that all tablets of the same medication are assigned to each dispenser. Step-by-step instructions on the screen and light interaction provide linear guidance through the daily use cases of our user group. By integrating smart technologies, the user can also be guaranteed safety on the technical side.
